Protection and processing of personal data, rights of the affected person

1. Administrator and scope of personal data

By consenting to the processing of personal data, the affected person authorizes the company CHLEBO TRANS, s.r.o., A. Hlinku 906/16, Detva 962 12, IČO: 50 701 886 registered in OR OS Banská Bystrica. Department: Sro, Insert number: 31403/S/S (Hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”), that in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Protection of Personal Data”) processed the following personal data of the person concerned:

  • name and surname
  • company name
  • address
  • e-mail
  • telephone number

2. Processing of personal data

By agreeing to the processing of personal data, the person concerned gives his express consent to the processing of the above-mentioned data. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or sending a letter to the administrator’s contact details.

Name, surname, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of business activity with the data provider. These data will be processed by the Administrator for an indefinite period.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator.

  • Personal data may also be processed by the web hosting provider: WebHouse, s.r.o., Paulínska 20, 917 01 Trnava. ID: 36743852.
  • The data is not provided to another processor

3. Rights to correction, oblivion and access to the personal data of the person concerned

Please note that according to the Personal Data Protection Act, the data subject has the right to:

  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • request information from us on what personal data we process,
  • request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
  • request a statement of this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
  • request us to delete this personal data,
  • in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
